If you are a couple on a budget, don’t assume that a wedding planner will put
you over your budget, most of the time I can get you more for your money and you
get the peace of mind that you have someone there on your day to tie all the
loose ends.
Depending on your budget and where you are in your planning stages will govern
your choice of services.

Partial Wedding Planning and
Coordination includes but is not limited to: |

This package is for the couple that has time to plan their dream wedding, they
just want to make sure the day goes smooth. You have spent months planning this
big day, and I am there to make sure all the loose ends are tied, and everyone
is handling the job they were assigned. Based on the amount of people that you
have, this may be with one coordinator or two.
-Up to five meetings prior to the wedding date to discuss and plan all details
for how you want the wedding plans carried out
-Confirm with all wedding suppliers the week of the wedding, making necessary
updates, scheduling arrival and delivery times, as well as break down and/or
pick-up times, giving directions, guarantees and special meal needs, floor
plans, etc.
-Designing the wedding day flow and developing a detailed wedding day timeline.
-Wedding weekend coordination.
-Attend and facilitate wedding rehearsal, taking the lead or assisting the
wedding officiate in rehearsal execution. -Assist with seating charts, place
cards and programs
-Early check of reception site on wedding day, setting out table numbers, place
cards, favors, etc.
-Attend and facilitate wedding ceremony
-Placement of guest book, unity candle, programs and anything else particular to
your ceremony and gathering after the ceremony
-Assist florist with flower distribution and transporting any flowers to the
reception
-Direct and organize family and wedding part for the processional, ceremony and
recessional
-Assist photographer in gathering family and the wedding party for planned photos
-Direct reception according to pre approved timeline
-Deliver any tip envelopes for vendors
-Use of the wedding day emergency kit
-Confirm all documents are prepared and in the proper location when needed
(license, rings, etc…)
-Assemble items for family to take home, cake top layer, bouquet for
preservation, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
-Ceremony and reception site.
-Guest list/RSVP management.
-Gift and thank you card management.
-Ongoing consultation and advice as required.
-Providing a stress-free day for the bride and groom
Partial Package Pricing:
Price for 250 guests invited or less is $350.00
251 to 400 is $450.00
Over 400 invited is $550.00

-Detailed wedding schedule delivered to vendors and wedding party members.

-Contract negotiation and coordination.

-Out-of-town guest’s accommodations arrangements.

All mileage for meetings with vendors or planning meetings are to be split
between the bride and groom and myself. Meeting are restricted to twice a month
until the last two months prior to the wedding. Within the last two months of
planning, the meetings are unlimited. If you would like to meet more then twice
a month, that will be an extra fee.

This price is set for 250 invited or less. $650.00
251 to 400 is $750.00
Over 400 invited is $850.00

-Preparing the engagement announcements for the newspaper and or preparing and
or sending out announcements and save the date mailings
-Coordinating an engagement party Purchasing gifts for the bridal party

-Arrange activities or special events for out of town guests
